How to order from Gourmet Taxi?

Please fill in the fax order sheet provided and fax it to 9593 0503 before 3.00pm if you do not have a fax you can call 0425 237 824 only between 10.30am and 3.00pm. Someone will be available to accept phone orders between these times only, please be patient as the line can be very busy.

Office general inquire hours are between 9 am to 3.30 pm Monday to Friday.

Deliveries Monday to Friday. (Important: Please call the office to find out your scheduled delivery days)

Gourmet Taxi deliver quality food (a variety of sweets, savoury & breads)to clubs, restaurants, cafes, corporate functions, private functions and more.

How it all works

For any inquires only speak to one of our office staff, between 9 am to 3 pm.

All Orders must be in before 3.30 pm for your next sheduled delivery day.
new customers must call our office and we will give you your delivery days for your specific area. Orders for monday scheduled delivers must be in before 3.30 pm Friday.

Minimum Order
All orders must be over $55.00 for free delivery. Orders under $55.00 will have a $5.50 with GST delivery fee automatically attached.

Deliveries
We try to deliver early as possible but can not promise exact times of delivery. You or a staff member must be at your premises to accept and pay for the delivery.
Please take the time to check your order with the driver upon delivery to ensure products are in good condition.[/twothirds_columns]

Methods of Payment
Our terms of payment are strictly COD on delivery

NB: Unfortunately if payment is not made upon delivery the items will be returned immediately. It is up to you to arrange to leave the correct amount for any staff members that are authorised to accept delivery.

Returns
We do not take returns or give credits in the event of a customer over ordering. Any returns due to unforeseen problems that are authorised by our office are to be brought back to our main kitchen, they will be assessed and the appropriate person will be contacted as soon as possible for a resolution to the matter.
